Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on November 21, 2023 found that Valley View Homecare, LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of the state re-licensure survey completed on September 26, 2023.
